We promote the continuous development of our employees through our Annual Training Plan for administrative staff and our Continuing Education Program for teachers. These initiatives strengthen skills, encourage professional updating, stimulate the exchange of experiences, and contribute to the well-being and provision of quality education.

Through the Assistive Technologies and Accessibility Center, we promote physical, attitudinal, and pedagogical accessibility for the entire university community: students, employees, and campus visitors.

Through the Psychopedagogical Support Center, we offer psychological and psychopedagogical support to students. We also hold workshops to help them with common issues. Our goal is to assist in their adaptation to academic life and to encourage their well-being and commitment to their education.

We understand that, in order to teach sustainability, teachers must first understand its meaning, the sustainability competencies to be developed in students, and the appropriate pedagogical approaches to develop them. Our institution is part of the Sustainability Network maintained by Semesp. Within this network, FHO representatives are developing a Training Program for Teachers in Sustainability, a practice commonly called "educating the educators". Many of our teachers have already completed the first two modules and are ready for third one to continue their training.

With the Scientific Congress, we are committed to discussing the 'Challenges for Building a Sustainable World'. We gather students, professionals and the community to discuss solutions that integrate the social, environmental, and economic aspects of sustainability across all professional fields.
